How to create an order?
Here is the step by step instruction:
- Register on our site by filling the form from this link: http://xproids.com/join/ (make sure you use a valid email address as you will need it for getting updates from us). Make sure you register only once as creating many accounts on the same site may create confusions.
- Surf the site , choose the products you need and add them to basket by clicking on "Buy Now", you will have to choose the amount of the ordered product, if you need more products to order then click on "Continue Shopping", if the basket contains all you need click on "Checkout"
- Read ll the 3 conditions you see and mark them if you agree, then click "Continue".
- Fill your SHIPPING ADDRESS in the appeared form, I repeat, this is the shipping address, so the address your goods will be shipped to and it doesn't have anything with your billing address (the address used for your payment), they may be the same or different.
- Your order info will be displayed, please check if everything is correct and click "Continue", from this moment your order is in our system and you can pay for it right after placing it or 2 weeks later. If you don;t pay for it in more than 2 weeks, it will be deleted.
- To pay for the order click on "Payment information" in your order history, this link is displayed near to your order, on the right.
Yes we do, we have a limited minimum order amount of 100$. We are mainly concentrated on large orders but we won't deny if you'd like to place an order to try us so if your order is less than 100$ , please discuss the possibility of shipping it with customer support team in tickets.
How can I be sure I will get the package?
The delivery is guaranteed, read our terms and conditions and the shipping info. We are a well-known, reputable company and we are compensating any loss related to shipping, I mean we will reship if the package is late more than 40 days, if it is sized by customs or damaged, so you shouldn't worry about this.
What is the delivery time?
We will ship your goods in maximum 72 hours after the date we received the payment and it will take from 5 to 21 days till the package hits your place, it depends on the ordered products, source location and mail service used.
What shipping method do you use?
We have 3 options:
- Domestic shipping (for Sciroxx products only)
- Registered Airmail (requires signature on arrival, offers tracking number)
- Regular air mail (does not require signature, does not offer tracking number)
My order is Semi-Shipped, what does this mean?
It means that your order will be shipped in more than one package and the rest of it is being processed and should be shipped in maximum 72 hours after the first one. Dividing orders in packages depends on the ordered products and order amounts.
Where can I find my tracking number?
From security reasons the tracking number is displayed in your order history (My orders) but not sooner than the given expected date of arrival. In some particular cases we can provide them, you should discuss this in tickets with customer support team.
I sent the money via Western Union or Money Gram but I can;t fill the info in your site form, what should I do?
In this case you should create a ticket from your account and send us the payment information you have on hands.
My package is late, what should I do?
First of all you shouldn't get worried about this, as stated previously, our shipping is guaranteed so you will get your order in any case.
Please remember that the mail system is not our ownership so we can;t influence it. It's not common for us but there are delays from time to time and we can't prevent this, so when you make an order, please take in consideration that it may be a few days late and please count 15 days over the given expected date and only then create a ticket and ask us what happened.
Is ordering from you secure, where is my info stored?
We are almost 8 years in this business so we know what is security. Our database is located on 4 encrypted servers in different locations and is being moved from time to time, so you may not worry about this. We haven;t ever had any customer who had problems with law enforcement because of us.
Is the packing discreet, what materials do you use?
Believe me it is as discreet as possible and from security reasons we can;t tell you what materials we are using, but believe me the materials we use are more than enough to make your goods arriving.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
First of all don;t hurry up to throw everything away. Keep it and take close pictures of the packing, postal labels, envelope and then of the damaged contents.
The contact us and we will give you the email to send the pictures to.
Be sure any damage will be compensated.
I placed a large order, can I get a discount?
Yes of course you can. If your order is rather large but it doesn't contain any bulk offers listed on the site then please contact the customer support team and discuss the discount particularly.
